Mr. Trang is an assistant professor in pharmacy practice at University of the Incarnate Word Feik School of Pharmacy. He received a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Temple University School of Pharmacy in 1999. Upon graduation, he practiced as a community pharmacist at Wal-Mart in Reading, Pa, before his promotion to pharmacy district manager in 2001 in Virginia Beach, Va. His responsibilities included Operations, Merchandising, Human Resources, and Training. In 2003, David was promoted to Manager of Pharmacy Recruiting for Wal-Mart Stores Inc, at the Home Office in Bentonville, Ark. He was responsible for overseeing the recruitment program for pharmacists at over 3600 Wal-Mart pharmacy locations. In 2005, David was promoted to Manager of Professional Recruiting and given the additional responsibility for managing the recruitment program for Optometrists at over 2500 Wal-Mart Vision Centers.
