Passing of required exams: NAPLEX and DC MPJE
Number of hours required: 1000 hours of pre-licensure professional practice in a program administered by a college of pharmacy accredited by ACPE; OR 1,500 hours of independent pre-licensure professional practice under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist; OR Rotations totaling 660 hours of pre-licensure practice administered by a college of pharmacy accredited by the ACPE and 510 hours of independent pre-licensure professional practice under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist
Additional Information: Applicant must not have been convicted of a crime or moral turpitude which bears directly on the applicant’s; fitness to be licensed; =18 years old
