Passing of required exams: NAPLEX and Utah MPJE
Number of hours required: 1500 hours; Internship hours completed in Utah must include at least 360 hours but not more than 900 hours in a college coordinated practical experience program as an integral part of the curriculum which must include a minimum of 120 hours in each of the following: (1) community pharmacy; (2) hospital pharmacy; and (3) another pharmacy setting
Additional Information: Pass criminal background check; Social Security number; Evidence of good moral conduct
